When you make eye contact and smile at a guy you like,and he just walks right on by without saying anything,do you assume that he is just shy,playing hard to get,or has lost interest in you all together?

He's basically not interested or has too much ego to pay u attention when it is obvious that you need to be noticed. So, forget about him and move on.... may be try flirting with someone who shows some amount of interest.

I usually think he has just lost interest I guess, but it kind of depends on the guy, if there mysterious or somethin'. Why?
