For really dry skin , Shea Butter, Vaseline, cocoa butter, Nivea.
Also, you can try adding a tablespoon of baby oil to your bath water.
To combat against dry skin:
Avoid strong cleansing soaps and substitute moisturizing soaps
Use warm water instead of hot
Avoid prolonged and or frequent baths
Use a good, over the counter unscented lotion or moisturizer on your skin. These are most effective when applied to damp skin after a bath or shower

ORIGINS makes a nice, light, non iritant, practically unscented lotion called Precipitation. Look for an Origins store in your local high-end department store.

The new Olay Quench Therapy is awesome. But, if you feel like searching, find some "bag balm" - it's the stuff they use on cow udders (I'm serious) - it's like an intense Vaseline and once you let it absorb, it works for a few days! Look it up - you'll thank me.
