Stomach, thighs, booty? Or does it vary. I really need to lose my belly but keep everything else, i'm doing 2 hours of cardio, some ab work and eating right...do you think i can "target" just my stomach while losing weight or will it drop from everywhere?

It can vary. However, you can target your mid-section. but...if your dieting....you may see the lose every where.
Two hours of Cardio a day? That is an aggressive schedule for sure. Stick to that schedule and see how you feel and how you look.
Chances are that by New Years, there will be New You Ringing in the New Year...smiles.

I lost in my legs and thighs first...you can target your stomach, by doing crunches or sit ups, I have heard by several people and also my trainer that cardio is the best over all for your abs, Good Luck!

The most fat, and first, will go from the region(s) that are working the hardest, so if you want to lose in the tummy area I'd suggest sit-ups/crunches. Have you checked out the XBX program for women? Here's a link:

People loose weight in different areas first, but the belly fat is usually the last if not one of the last things to go.

it has been my experience that when losing weight normally your breast and rear disappears before anything else try more crunches and less cardio stay away from carbs and sugars believe me being Italian it is hard but it does pay off in the end

the stomach, then the thigh, then the booty, but your face is the most obvious and faster, your cheek bones start popping out and appearing more

Your face and your boobs go first. Keep doing what you are doing and you well portion it out. It takes time, but you can do it. Also remember to drink your water. At least 8 glasses a day. It will keep you flushed out and will also help your skin. Good luck and don't get discouraged. :)

Unfortunately you can't spot train to lose fat. I HATE my belly also and it is always the LAST to remain! If is fat you have for a loooong time, it will tend to stick around and you will lose it last. If you want to lose it you will have to lose other newer fat first...something that I have never been able to do... I have 10 pounds to lose but love chocolate too much. :(

Your boobs usually come first, then your face, then your booty, then stomach/thighs!

Trust me I have watched my mom and sisters go through this MANY MANY times. :)

my boobies and my face are the first places that are reallt noticable, the bigger parts of your bod will apear not to be getting smaller, as the other parts r shrinking too, measure your self to get a good idea
