No your not. The healthy weight range for your age and height is 90-137.
Dont eat a lot of junk food, sweets, fried stuff, etc... and eat healthier foods. Also, get as much exercise as you can and you wont be overweight.

ok. im fourteen too, 5'4, and 99 pounds. your weight is perfectly fine. i have been anorexic and i still dont eat right and it has hurt me in so many ways. just love yourself the way you are. because what you look like on the outside doesnt matter as much as what you look like on the inside.
