There is no easy way. If there was, we wouldn't have a national epidemic of obesity.
The first step to successful weight loss is to abandon this "easiest way," or "magic pill" mentality. After that, it is a simple matter of "ins" and "outs." As long as the calories used by exercise and daily activities exceed the calories put in your mouth, you will lose weight.
That said, you do not need to lose weight. Your BMI (body mass index) at your present height and weight is about 19. This is a perfectly healthy weight. If you actually get down to 105, it will be below 17. A refusal to maintain a BMI above 17 is one of the diagnostic criteria for Anorexia Nervosa.

You do NOT need to lose any weight. 5'6 and 120lbs is a good size. 110 would be too small, and 105 would be WAY to thin. Just eat right and exercise regularly to keep healthy. That's what matters most. Health. You're at a decent weight, even lighter than what you should be for your height.

At 5' 6" 120 is by no means fat or over weight. getting down to 110 or 105 is not healthy for someone your height.

sounds to me like you don't need to lose weight! Maybe try toning up instead to make yourself feel better, if you think you are fat at 5 6 120 I think there is a bigger issue here than weight, trust me you are fine! people tell me I am thin and you weigh less than me! Your fine! Google "BMI" put in your height and weight and that will confirm to you what I just said.
Also, sounds like you have the same problem I have, trying to look like the people on the front of a magazine. Just to let you know, those aren't the way they really look, they use computers to make them thinner in some places and thicker in others, look at katie curic's (sp?) photos for example. I have to remind myself of this daily.

Well, You really don't need to lose any weight but I'm sure your gonna try anyways... So a fast way for you to lose weight would be the atkins diet. Keeping your carbs down to 20grams a day..... this diet will give you a quick weight loss.
You can go to the atkins web site and it will explain the diet.

First of all, being 5'6 and weighing 120 is perfect girl, yuo don't ned to lose any weight. Eat healthy and exercise daily, don't try to get too skinny. That does not look good.

Really do not buy treatments that helps you to lose weight because your liver gets messed up just take it easy and exercise little by little and minimize the amount of food that you eat little by little is the easiest ad healthiest way to go.

Having sex, but guess what, you need to be attractive to do that. Like the rich can borrow, but you need income to borrow.
Those who are wondering about being too unattractive but think niceness will win over.
You know what, most people are too polite. You will not get a lady until you go to the gym. Large butts are a real turn off for most girls. Trust me, men care about looks, and so do girls. You know, a good heart is only good after good looks exist. Otherwise, you will just have good friends. I just LJBF my good warmhearted but not so physically attractive friend, while I am dating a much more attractive, but not as compassionate man. I am accepting the fact that my nice friend will finish last.

i don't think there's a need for you to lose anymore weight. At 14, what you eat will lay the foundation for your body for the years to come and you don't want to unknowingly deprive yourself of anything do you? Just eat healthy and excercise everyday.Yoga helps tone your body.

Cut off a limb. A leg will lose you more than an arm, but it does make the 'running' suggestion that someone else had a little harder to accomplish.
