what lemon question? there was a couple. if this is in reference to using lemon zest verses lemon jiuce --- i said to follow the recipe and use as directed. lemon zest is a must to get the full lemon flavor, if the recipe calls for both lemon jiuce and lemon zest then that's what you should do. if you don't the recipe will not have the flavor it should. remember lemon recipes should taste sweet and tart.
