If you paint the nail white and give it a second coat you can dab black polish on the tip side corner. Take a toothpick and move the tips back in directions toward your cuticles. This gives a web-looking effect and it was hot in Europe and I got tons of compliments.

How about painting them white then after they dry place a thin strip of tape diagonally across your nail and paint them black. The result will be black with a white stripe.

yay finger nail painting! lol. i think polka dots would be sooo cute! if you first painted them black, and then painted white dots on them. but since it's hard to paint TINY dots with a nail polish brush, use a toothpick. just dip it in the paint and dot it on! also, i recommend painting your nails in very good lighting, so there aren't mistakes! don't forget to finish by putting a few layers of clear coating on top...this way, the paint will stay on longer and it will make your nails shiny.

You could do a ying-yang design. It wouldn't have to be circular; it could just be a curvy line going down your nail. Half white, half black, with a dot of the opposite color on each side.

paint them black.. then take a light blue, a white, and a coral, and drizzle them over the dried black. it ends up looking really cool and unique.

you can do dominos design is realy cute or like a different design on each finger. like one with black backround with white design and another with white backround and black design. just have fun who cares what any one else thinks! =)
