G-d would never have given the Holy Spirit to a woman for her NOT to use it. That is man's idea.
If women arent allowed you can tell who the church listens to...men instead of G-d. leave it!
Blessings

Women can spread the gospel message to the lost. They can teach other women or children. But God has ordained a certain order and different roles for men and women. Christ is the head of the man and the husband is the head of the wife. In the church the men are called to be the leaders under Christ and women are called to be the helpers of the men.
1 Timothy 2:11 Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve; 14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. 15 Yet she will be saved through childbearing--if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control.
This passage isn't teaching that bearing children has anything to do with being saved. What it is teaching is the different roles that God has set for men and women.
Genesis 2:18 Then the LORD God said, "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him."
Titus 2:3 Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, 4 and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, 5 to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.

Eve is the one who was first to give in to satan and commit sin. She was created to be a helper for Adam, not be his master. Women can certainly spread the word of God. We just shouldn't be in a position of authority over men, and we have no place teaching and preaching to men. In a mixed group (males and females), women should not teach. We do have certain duties in ministry though. In Titus 2, we are told that older women should teach the younger women.
Women should not preach in a church. It's unbiblical, and defiles the role God gave us. We should minister in other ways though.
God loves women just as much. Women have had very significant roles throughout scripture.

God is a God of order - the man is the head of the woman, Jesus is the head of the man and the church. Women may teach other women and children. It is God's way. Women should not usurp (sp) authority over any man - as God made the man first and then the woman. God loves people equally and is no respector of persons - but again He is a God of order and knows why He made it this way - We just have to trust Him. Women can spread the gospel - as any Christian can - but she must obey God's rules and He is in control - not us. I hope this helps.

Women can preach, and especially the gospel. The only thing women are not supposed to do is to be in authority over men and those positions are Apostle, and Pastor. There are lots of examples of women being prophet, deacon and women especially are free to preach to other women.

The scripture says,
1Timothy 2:12
"But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence."
For a woman to preach to the whole church would place a woman over the men.
But women ARE encouraged to preach (teach) to other women.

When a person preaches they are neither male nor female.
They are a vessel of God.
God looks on the Heart of a person, not the body.
I know many gifted women, being used in all the gifts of the spirit.\o/
To keep silence in the church=not to allow children to disobey or act out of order.

I agree taking scripture out of context. And oh yes, about 1cor. 14:34,!!!! There is also 1cor. 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the SAINTS.
1cor.14:36 Ask something, "What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only? "
11cor.13:8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

Men and Women
Endowed With Unique Qualities
[4:32] You shall not covet the qualities bestowed upon each other by GOD; the men enjoy certain qualities, and the women enjoy certain qualities. You may implore GOD to shower you with His grace. GOD is fully aware of all things.
