That you can't describe it. If you manage to form a description of it then what you have is the description and not the Tao.
The Idea is similar to the saying that the map is not the terrain.
At one point in time this Idea hit the middle east and the God in the old testament gets a similar treatment.

I wonder why there're some people who like to give interpretation to Tao when it is clearly stated that's not the real Tao. A bunch of fools.

The Tao is without bias, prejudice and discrimination. When we interpret it, we usually based on our bias, prejudice and discrimination, just like what others said before me, and thus is not the real Tao.

Just as my speaking the word "God," or sharing my faith in God can in no way equate to the actual God.

The Tao that can be articulated fails to encompass the eternal Tao, because our words and understanding fail us.

That the truth/Tao/way cannot be communicated through words, it must be learned through experience. Words can only prepare you for it...
