I have this friend and she really likes this guy, he is older but he seems to always be with someone and when ever she sees him with girls it breaks her heart but there no way she can go up to him and say hey I like you. She says "It's complicated" what do I do as her friend?

it sounds like this boy is trouble. either hes not intrested or he likes to play games...neither is a good thing. i suggest you advise your friend to get over him and help her through the hard times.
