If she will talk to you for a few minutes and smiles a lot. If a woman is teasing you, she will say no if you ask her out. Some women tease every man they meet so don't be too upset by this flirting. Nice girls will not frustrate you on purpose.

She'd smile at you a lot, single you out when with a crowd (ex. would greet a crowd as a whole, but greet you by name), listen attentively to whatever you have to say, simply just give you undivided attention. As for the tease part, I'm not sure if I can describe that. That's more mental, and seems as if she'd be the only one to answer that part. A tease only wants to get your attention, affection, heart, and leave you hanging.
