few minutes the "spot" owner showed up and you were in the passenger seat waiting for owner of the car to come back...and the spot owner kept honking his horn and making a fuss, then decided that he was going to move the vehicle himself and let himself in the car and started it up and moved it...how pissed off would be???
Isnt this breaking and entering???
I mean he could have parked somewhere lese for a small bit.

You know what? YOU could have parked somewhere else. . .or simply got off your butt and moved the car for the guy. You were in HIS designated spot. I sense an extraordinary sense of entitlement coming from you Lisa. Get off your high horse.
Oh, oh and it gets better! You are a racist! The values you are teaching your children. . .

Would have, should have, could have but didn't. What the owner of the car needs to do now is call the police. That would be considered unlawful entry and grand theft auto. See if there is camera surveillance.
For your own safety, don't ever sit in a driverless car in a parking lot with unlocked doors and keys in the ignition, running or not. Lock the doors and keep the keys in hand until the driver returns.
To answer your question, I wouldn't be pissed. I would be thanking God he didn't have a gun and I'm still breathing. You got lucky. VERY lucky.
Blessings

Here's a novel idea... you could have moved the car that was parked in this person's spot. If you want to get technical, you were trespassing.
Do you really want to be this pissy about something that could have been prevented by showing someone else the slightest bit of respect and moving the car that was parked improperly?
As for your comment that the spot-owner "could have parked somewhere else for a bit" Could not the same be said for you?

If I was the "owner" of that spot I would of simply called a tow truck to have you and the car removed. No I don't believe the "owner" of the spot had a right to get in the car with you and move the car, but he did have the right to have the car moved. Is there a reason why you couldn't just move the car for him??

First its not breaking and entering, its unauthorized use. Secondly whom ever parked in his spot was wrong. Of course two wrongs don't make a right. Chalk it up to a learning experience. Both where wrong.
What I don't get is how many people have this attitude of. I did something wrong, But then so and so did this to me because I did this to begin with.. Now I am so angry because had I only did the right thing none of this would have happened.. sigh. blah blah blah grow up.
What does him being a "Paki" (your term) have to do with anything?

You should have whipped out your cell, called 911 and said you were being kidnapped then punched him in the b@lls and waited for the police to show up
Or just moved the car when you realized the rightful owner of the spot had arrived and you were in the way.
Either choice is valid

Yes I would be really pissed. But why didn't you move the car. You knew that you were in someone else's spot. No matter if you were in the passenger side or not.

Wow! We do not have this sort of thing happening. We do not have to pay for "spots".
I would not have handled this situation to well, I do not think? I would of left the car, got out for my own safety making this grand theft auto I would think? How did you know for one he was not going to hurt you? Two he was not going to do some harm to your friends car?
Also I would of told the cops he was already showing signs of agression...
This should be illegal if it is not already? Your friend was wrong but two wrongs do not make a right...

He could have had the car towed. We use to live in an apartment complex and people were psycho about their parking spaces. Why did not you move the car? You were in their spot.

I cannot believe he actually got in the car! That is way out of line.
However, you could have parked in another place, too. You knew it was a private spot.
