Since the videos are in the .flv format you need to get a flv player. You can get a very good one (and completely free ) here http://www.download.com/FLV-Player/3000-2139_4-10505954.html?tag=tab_pub
If you want to convert them into another format ( mobile phone, iPods,psp,wmv, mp4...and anything else) use this awesome free program called Super http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

Just use http://www.savetube.com It's so simple and works great on firefox. They also got tools if you need any.
