I mean ad of on tv. We al all you see is ad for him. you can do just s good for him. By smiling . Being there for some one. God didn't say in the Bible. Go to the tv and shot my name all over it. He go to the nations and spread my word. Treat thy neighbors as your self. This is what God wanted us to do. Not ad on tv. I don't mind preacher being on there. Cuz there are people that can go to church that like that. But not saying stuff and making like it is and Ad for Christ. Not Asking You . if YOU want to believe. more like do this or else kinda thing on the ad's.

i agree...i hate those "Jesus is my homeboy" shirts because to me it kinds makes it seem like we have put him to just a slogan on a shirt...and that is it....i'm with you on this whole ad thing.

Yeah, in the American culture living out effective AND acceptable evangelism is challenging.
Those who support the TV ads see them as using the medium for evangelism. Yes, it's not direct doctrinal evangelism, it's a bit more passive. But, there are some who haven't moved toward Jesus yet, and will not be persuaded by direct approaches.

God reaches millions of people all over the world through the TV, internet, DVDs, satalite, etc.
When you are praying to Jesus are you complaining to Jesus about these Jesus Ads on TV?
Sometimes the ads or other info. aren't true about Jesus Christ, so you have to listen with discernment (from Spirit of Truth).

Where do you live? I have never seen a tv. ad. for Jesus.Well I think the Mormons sometimes do.
But you live the life,let others see Jesus in you.
Its hard, I must pray daily.I have a hateful tongue,always trying to overcome it.
You are the one who must show the world what Jesus wants us to be.Each person will be accountable for every ideal word.

thats fine to run ads in phone books or papers though cuz ppl dont want to be foreced...in a modern world they want choices...if ppl ask I will help them
