Well, after thinking about what my dentist/orthodontist said, I decided it was worth it to get braces in college (I got the clear ones). Well, I must admit, my teeth hurt really badly and I cannot chew, so what can I eat? Someone suggested yogurt and baby food. Any other suggestions that don't require any chewing at all?

get a blender, and make some smoothies for a day or too. or try some taco bell burritos. ice cream is also a good choice, just nothing with chunks. ramen noodles and cream soups, go down quite nice.

or just get a 12 pack and a fifth of whiskey to dull the pain. in the morning just your head will hurt.

French fries, mashed potatoes, jello, soups, oatmeal/cream of wheat.

It's been a while since I've had braces but I remember the pain well. Make sure to take some Tylenol or Ibuprofen every 4-6 hrs. to help with the pain.

Blending food - it's okay but might taste like old people food
Roman Noodles - they're fine but get boring
Mash Potatoes - Yummmmmmy
Pudding - who dosn't like pudding?
Baby food - no thank you, the dog has better taste
Hummus (armenian dip) - Yummmmmmmmmmmy
Soups - it's okay
Oatmeal - it works but YUCK!

I like the 12 pack idea, im actually gonna check it out tonight..

avoid hard and chewy things. you can pretty much each anything else later, when you get used to braces.
