At one time my face was clear, glowing, and radiant....now I get minor breakouts here and there. Its been going on like this for about 6 months now. I am very concerned about my personal appearence, and would like to go back to having clear skin! I am fully acknowledged about acne, but nothing seems to help! And whenever a breakout occurs, I always get left with a scar mark, it never fails! Even with me not picking at my face! Help me!!!

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

I hope this helps. I recently went to a dermatologist here in Manhattan and she told me some VERY interesting information... I had ALWAYS used face lotion (oil of olay and the likes) and I washed my face 2x a day. She said I was doing it allll wrong. She said to never use soap on my face again. She gave me a benxoyl peroxide face wash to use at night (that has no lathering ingredients in it) and some Diferin for my face also at night and said in the morning I should NOT wash my face, just rinse with warm water when in the shower. She said I should NEVER use lotion on my face ever again! I was shocked. She said, "I am telling you not to wash your face with soap and to retain you body's own natural oils. Why would you wash those oils away and put something synthetic on your face? THAT is what is clogging your pores." It made sense. She told me I could use a glycolic pad in the morning if I wanted. I use that 3 times a week. My skin HAS cleared up and I DO NOT wash my face any more... only when I go to bed with make-up on do I wash my face because it needs a good cleaning after sleeping with that junk. If you don't want to spend money on glycolic pads you could swipe a cottom ball with witch hazel (cheap!) on your skin in the morning. I hope this helps.

Assuming that you cook, what kind of oil do you use? Coconut oil will help, you can find it online. And it's healthier for your body.
