I would pinch myself so I would wake up.

:( If you are serious then that is sad and I feel for you friend
Many people at some point in life feel low or they feel drowned in their own sadness and self pity
All I can say to you is: There is tommorow
It seems like such a small thing to say, but the reality is
each day we wake up it is a new start. And the future is ahead for you. Just keep trodding through the hard times
they will get better friend, I promise you that.

You turn to God, reach out and take His hand. He has been extending His hand to you all along, just take it now. Read Jeremiah 29:11 and take my word for it, it is true.
I understand, I have been there and feeling this way is very hard indeed. But you have hope and a future, be sure. God has a purpose for putting you here on earth. When that day comes that you discover what the pupose is, you will be at peace and truly amazed.

I look to a greater force than myself. I read the Gospel of John and find in its pages a warmth that no darkness can hide. I find that greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. I live by faith and not by sight. My eyes will deceive me. I trust in the promises of what the word says because it is something that no man can take away.
I find happiness not in the things given me but in the things I give others. The greatest high I have ever felt Is in giving to others. Taking up a walk in finding ways to give to others and receiving more from the smile than any drug could ever give. Learning to be humble and thankful. Not an easy thing to do, but worth the while.
Not looking for others to come in to my life to make me happy but finding a way to give happiness to others when there is no happiness left in my heart. The rewards are remarkable and life changing. Its why I live the life that I do.

You are not alone. Your feelings are shared by many others. You might find some relief by talking to a person that does cognitive behavior therapy, that helped me consider some things that I had not realized. I was having some distressing conversations with myself, then I invited others to join the discussion and I began to look at things with a fresh perspective with more information about myself and my world.
Good luck.

Maybe you should meditate. See yourself being filled with light. Then go out and send that light into others. Search each person you meet for even the smallest speck of light. Everyone has light inside them. It is just harder to see it in some. Maybe you are a light seer and can help others find that light within themselves.

I do know how you feel, and so does God, Jesus has been there too. I would pray for you. Be patient, open, and feel the comfort that he would send to you, this would help to make you a stronger person, and in time you'll be doing God's will. Our time here on earth is temporary, heaven is eternal, just think of all that time of happiness in heaven.
Love and Peace!

You ought to find a worthy cause/org. to donate your time to this season. There are MANY people out there who are less fortunate, and this time of year is rough for them. Volunteer and focus on making someone else's world a little brighter, and pretty soon, YOUR heart will be beating happily again.

You must be creative during such times. Find something ,anything ; a hobby a fantasy that will fill that gap until things turn around--which they always do in life/and when you least expect it , but need it most.

When the world has given up on me, I accept that rejection like a badge of honor. I don't like the way the world is turning out, so I really could care less if it accepts me. I don't accept IT.
