Yes, women like sweet guys who will bring them flowers, however it's not a passes.
Yes, you should ask the girl whichever way she likes to meet you up, whether if you'll gona' pick her up or meeet somewhere, just make sure you come on time.
Well, on kissing in your 2nd date, it depends on the girl, the more it comes naturally, the less the mistake, so better not ask her if it's all right to kiss her. Just kiss her!!!

I like Chrome the best on a man and do prefer for men to wear cologne on a date, as long as he doesn't put too much on. Just a few sprays here and there and that should do it.
Its nice to bring flowers also...if thats what you want to do, then I would say go ahead.
As for the second date, I would just ask what time she would like you to pick her up. If she doesn't want you to, then she can say so or you can ask which one she would prefer.
I think its better for a kiss to be natural, I've always felt awkward when a guy has asked that, but I know its to be polite. Its up to you on that one, you might ask her first if you aren't sure she'd be into it.

A really good cologne is Polo Sport. Yes, all women , for the most part, like flowers. Always make a date mutual unless she says otherwise. Some girls like the pampering, some like to be independent. As far as kissing goes, when it feels right----DO IT. I would try to do it at the funnest point in the date.

Polo Black, Polo Blue, Cool Water for men, and Lacoste make me chase my tail EVERYTIME!!! They keep you on a woman's mind. I just got my sweetie Polo Blue and Cool Water for Christmas. When I smell it and he's not around, I instantly think of him.

Well I like when guys wear cologne especially if they know exactly how much is perfect.

2. You could ask her it doesn't matter sometimes they like meeting each other. But to save gas one could pick up another then go back to one of each others house and have some coffee.

Black Pole. Trust me, hands down. All girls love flowers, not so much because they're pretty, but just because it shows you care. That, and they like the old fashioned gentlemanly touch to it. some good mens cologne is Curve for men.....women do like to know that a man wants to smell good and it's good if she can faintly smell cologne and not a STRONG smell.....some women do like guys to bring flowers on dates or just send them to her on a random day and in the note write "Because It's ___insert day of week here___"-signed ___your name___ ....You should see if she wants you to pick her up on the second date....nd you should kiss her, but don't ask her....just do so on the spur of the moment

I LOVE Calvin Klein Truth! That is my favorite mens cologne.

Flowers are always appreciated. I would find it sweet when men bring little gifts for the first or second date. Shows they were looking forward to the date.

For the 2nd date, offer to pick her up or meet her - which ever is more convenient for her and don't ask to kiss her. Just go for it.
