how to extened the outputs and the inputs of a microchip PIC ?

You could use a multiplexor circuit driven by say 4 output ports from your PIC. This would allow you to select one of 16 inputs and ties up a single input port. Slightly more complex on output as you will need to latch the multiplexor output. Or try a different PIC as the previous response suggests

the only ay to do that would be adding a wire to each ports and screw them in. then you can connect your other parts to each wires as you need them. but if you are talking about ADDing ports, just get a different controller.
