Have you had your eyes checked lately? That would be my first thought.

Eye strain is what is causing the head aches. You are looking in one spot for long periods of time. You may want to see a doc to have your eyes looked at. You could just need corective lenses. If doctors are not on the budget, try this: look away from your monitior ever 15 min or so. It is better to look at something some distance away so your eyes can relax. The light from the computer screen can be harsh on your eyes. When driving check you mirrors evey 15 min. or look at your odometer or something to move your eyes about. But don't lose controll of the car. The change in activity will help you save your eyes from strain and keep that head of yours pain free.

Hello there how are you? This may sound strange, but have you had your eyes tested? You may be suffering from eye strain. I used to get it at university, I used to get very sensitive to lights and used to break out in a sweat and feel hot and nausated. Turns out , I needed glasses for reading and driving. Hope this helps.

p.s sometimes it helps to close your eyes for 10-15 seconds for your pupils to readjust and relax a little.
