So, you want to get him to cheat with on her, with you. Good. That way,, you'll know he is capable of cheating, and when he does it to you, you won't be surprised, or hurt.
Also, do you really want someone who flirts behind his girlfriends back? If he does it to her, he'll do it to you.

Why would you want him if he's flirting behind his girlfriend's back? He would do the same to you.
If by some long shot he's just a really friendly guy who comes off as flirty, don't disrespect his girl or his relationship and keep your feelings to yourself.

you can but you better know that this girlfriend may have civil war. If he likes you he'll break up with you. If he doesn't then i'm sorry but you'll have to move. Be prepare for anything. And try to make peace with his girlfriend and avoid a love triangle.

the guy you really like is a flirt, because he already has a girlfriend. dont ever tell him how you feel, dont give him that satisfaction. if he ever thought about you, he would have told you and left his gf. but dont count on it, you are young, lots of nice guys around which you barely see because of this one. open your horizon, you will meet lots of nice guys along the way.
