plz explain your choice?

Question

a farmer want to grow oranges, he can chose between place 1 or place 2........how would you gave him your recommendation of choice? for example: lets say you think it is better to chose place 2 can you tell why, it might be because it has steady warm temperatures and good steady precipitaion.....plz explain

I would choose place 1 because 1st place is always better than 2nd place.
