Practically every minute she either spits or swallows something and when i ask her whats up she like told me it was snot spit...what IS that and how is it caused?? wuts going on??? Will/Does everybody get it?

she probably has a suffed nose and whenshe sniffs it goes through her nose and mucus its called post naval drip she'll be okay its nothing too serious. It can be caused from allergys or just a soar throat and even a stuffy nose.

If the discharge is yellow or greenish yellow in color, she may have a sinus infection. She needs to go see a doctor and get some antibiotics if she does. I don't know that it would be contagious, but I would be careful about touching anything that she touched and wash my hands or use antibacterial hand gel like Purell often.

No Kim, Not everyone gets this. It sounds to me like your friend may have turned something into a disgusting habit. In the first place she's spreading disease, it's disgusting and it's just not healthy.
She should first see a doctor, get something like "Allegra-D" for both allergies and to help dry her up.
She may have something she's avoided for years and now has accepted it, turned it into a bad habit. Good luck, people like this won't listen.

sinus drainage or a cold she should spit it out not swallow it and if its thick and greenish there is infection and she needs to see her dr for meds to thin the secreations out and get rid of them

Sounds like she has a cold or she has very bad allergies and a sinus infection.
