"So, how 'bout those Niners?"

"So, how 'bout them Mets?"

Note declensions: *those* Niners, *them* Mets.

These are called non sequiturs (from the Latin "non sequitur" ["does not follow" (i.e., does not follow previous conversational thread and in fact completely disrupts it)]).

Tell her that you will not tolerate her rude remarks anymore. Tell her that what she is saying is making her look ignorant and childish. You can also make her feel bad by telling her how white women during slavery days were considered to be a level just above black men. Or how white women were treated as children by men in the Victorian Ages. Or you can talk to her about women's rights and how women were inferior to men. Or you can tell her about some of the negative things that women are going through today because of their sex. I wished I knew exactly some of the things she has been saying so that I can give you some examples of what to say. I know that if she's talking about people of color you can bring up the point that all life came from Africa! That people of color were the first to advance in the sciences and math long before Europeans. There is just so much history that people ignore because of Euro-centrism.

Ha, have someone of the race that she usually makes fun of (someone that you know of course) be behind her or something, and when she says the rude remark let her turn around and see the person. =D

Just politely tell her that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but you do not have the same opinion as her and that you would rather she did not make remarks like that when you are around.
Simple as that.. Since she is family, just be polite about it.
