Age 13-15: You can call back after a day. No doubt the guy is sitting by his phone sweating, kicking himself for putting himself out there and waiting for your response to not shatter his dreams.
16-19: Wait a couple days. You are still young and you are just learning all the games. For now, the safe bet is to wait a couple days, and find out through friends at school if he likes you. Then, still don't call him, arrange something through one of your friends. Call him when you are comfortable.
20-24: The rule is 3 days and NEVER EVER call on the weekends. You call during the week and make him take you out for coffee. Next date should be dinner etc. Call him when you aren't busy, but remember, you are ALWAYS busy on the weekends.
25+ The rule is no less than 5 days and same rules apply above.

Call him and just chat. Don't mention anything about hanging out with him or meeting up with him, and let him ask you to hang out. That way, it's all friendly, and safe.

first don't seem to hard and don't seem to easy.call him but only once if he doesn't answer don't leave a voice message and don't call back.don't ask him on a date he needs to ask you.and make him notice a LITTLE bit more available but not to much and always look nice.I really hope this helps you alot,and i hope it works out.
