I would help anyone that I am able to at the time, especially if there's compassion in my heart for that person, how can I turn that person down, no matter who they may be.
I don't no about the reverse, that would depend on that individual.
Love and Peace!

Such a good question! I see you are a very good thinker!
Back to the first part of the question, it is sooo Kool how we get along considering the differences in our beliefs. It's sort of like we are a cross-section of what the world could be. Maybe it's the talking things out, that can really make all the difference.
When will it be possible that we will all get along in the real world, like the same roots we all originally came from.
Then there will be no need to defend each other, cause we will see once and for all that we are really all one, and always have been.
Our separations are only illusion. The veil that is still covering our eyes.

Sure I would, and have! I don't believe that any of us have the right to ask to be listened to if we don't also listen. And if someone that I disagree with is having trouble, then if I can, I would stick up for their right to have a different opinion. I would like to think that others would do the same. Maybe they wouldn't, but that's their problem.. I can only do MY part!

I think the days of sticking up as you call it are almost gone. It would not matter if you were a religious person or not because guns don't care. We need to NOT JUDGE people by the religion they practice or don't practice. My thought is we are all of just about the same cloth and fear is blind , lets use the cloth to wipe up the mess created by greed and in the name of religion.

Yes, I do.
I am always embarassed by people picking on others as, being 2006, I was told we humans are beyond name calling and other base emotions. We always hear how advanced today's people are - and yet I never see any proof of this.

Certainly. You are a person just like I am. I would want people to respect you just like I want to be respected. It doesn't matter what race, religion or anything that you are. You are of the same race I am (human). It doesn't matter if you chose a religion or not.

I would because i always like to challenge religion in general, i like to challenge everything and i would not mind standing up for someone that has similar ideas as mine, but i also like to hear opposing arguments as well

Yeah, I have respect for them. They're people too. I would stick up for a few, like Bad Liberal. I have respect for him. He's quite brilliant.
