If I had one kidney removed, what are the chances of reoccurance
in the rmaining kidney?

This is something only your doctor can tell you. Whether or not you can listen to someone and get a percentage of living, this just isn't right. I feel for you but, this isn't fair to put this question to people that are mostly school kids and don't know any better.

No one can give another person a percentage of living from listening to them here.

If the cancer has not spread to the other kidney then the chances would be pretty low. The body is pretty amazing, it can function with 25% kidney function. That's basically half of one kidney.
