they may be interested and not even realize it themselves. I know that I don't touch my co-workers (males) when talking to them, and the one i did, I realized later that i did have an interest in him. Its not a normal thing, so even though they dont realize it, they are attracted to you.

Well if it is at work are they asking you for favors while doing this? Like asking you to stay late or cover them when they are late? If that is the case, they are probably using you to get them out of trouble or leave early. You also must remember women are more touchy feely than men tend to be so don't read into that so much. Trust me they will let you know if they are interested and the signs will be real obvious.

Their not interested in you. Sometimes we can be a little too close when were talking to anyone or too touchy. It doesn't mean that they are interested in you. It's something that some women do. They can also be a little flirty, but that doesn't mean much.

Tell them to back up off you and give you some space. That's not even cool

They may think your attractive, or smell good (epically if you use AX!)

Who knows, just next time when they're all up in your face say,
"This is my personal space. My Bubble. Anyone who is in my bubble, is poping my bubble, which means that you are invading my space. so..please BACK UP"

They proably are flirting with you or you just look good that particular day. They might want to "play games" with you if you get my drift.

Potentially flirtatious behavior. Just move away and try to keep your distance.

Obviously, they want you, or they think you are hard of hearing.
