I am making tamales and I think I will have extra (fresh) masa left over. I plan to make some more in two weeks and don't want to waste what I have leftover now. Can I freeze it? If so, will freezing it affect then using it later have an affect on the taste or anything else?

i don't think it'll be good for it b/c when it defrosts it will be hard, not soft.....but make me some tamales!!! pork or cheese!!! yummmmmmy!
