No only by letter.
If you know that's definitely where they are and you know the address then you can just write to them.
If you're not sure where they are I've added a link similar to Vicki's but for the UK (as not sure if you mean Doncaster, UK?).

Not likely. Very few inmates have access to the internet or email accounts. If the person you are trying to contact has an address for you to write to they will most likely have to give it to you.

You best bet is to write them a letter by US mail first. If you are unsure of the address I'm including a link to Vinelink. Its a website used to locate prisoners by state and name. Once you locate the inmate on that site you can use their ID number to contact them.

Hi,

I dout it, why dont you ring, write a letter, bearing in mind that calls and letters are listned to and read before being given to the approprate person or you could go and see them and get a visiting order from the Governer. You would have to speak to the Governer of the wing or the prison.
