I'm a chick but I'll answer for my brother (blonde, 6'4, and 19 years old) who's right next to me:
Petite
Brunette
Blue eyes
Beautiful perky boobs (C cup is perfect)
Victoria Secret's body
Sexy legs (since he likes short girls they just have to be nice and shapely and no fat especially in the inner thighs)
Nice smell
Good straight or "barbie" nose (no hawk noses with bumps!!!)
Nice skin (it's kinda hard when you're a teen but soft, even, skin is what he likes)
Personality: smart, funny, and a freak in the bed but with a strong character and knows what she wants to do with her life (business is hot and entrepreneurship studies is hot too)

There is no such thing as a perfect person (Other than Jesus)!
Personally, I seek a lady with a mind! My IQ is between 100 and 160! I personally need interaction with a woman who is in that range! Lessor minds need not apply! Greater minds are welcome!
A great body is also welcome, but not necessary!
She has to like (or at least accept) guys who are hairy - most Sasquatches are!
Being an attractive woman helps!
