Have you been consipatied? If you have theres your answer if not you need to talk to your doctor asap. Also is it alot or a little? Somtimes it is normal for a small amount of blood anything more then that well go to the docs

If it's what you call red blood you probably have a good case of hemorrhoids. Get yourself a tube of Preparation H and use that. Take a hot bath, sit for awhile, then clean yourself good, when your dry apply preparation H to the inside and outside of your anal opening.
It could be a "Fissure" also, it's almost the same but on the inside. If it continues for more than several days see your doctor. You may need surgery. He may want to do a colostomy check, they run a tube into you with a light and camera, a very small camera and check you for polyps and other signs of irritation. You should have a check once in your life for cancer here.

Blood in your stool is a sign of a problem. It could very well be a very serious problem or as minor as hemorrhoids. Get this situations checked by a medical professional as soon as possible. This could cause you to be loosing blood and this can be very serious.
