where it snowed all the time.
its so beautiful. i do love the rain as well but if it rained all the time then everything would be muddy and blah. with snow the skys can be blue and amazing.

Rain, becuase I love the sound of it on the windows. I love burning candles in the house when it's raining. The upside to it snowing all the time would be that the sun may be out. Although I've seen sun showers, too! Good question! Got my brain really working. I'm gonna stick with raining.

Out of those I would choose raining all the time. At least it doesn't have to be cold when it is raining...and it most-likely wouldn't have to be raining hard all the time. I really don't mind sun showers, and *kissing in the rain* is the best. Also when it rains there is usually a rainbow, or two, so that is a nice plus.

I would prefer neither, but if I absolutely had to chose, I would go with rain because snow is so much harder to drive in!

i prefer it rained al the time - i love raining... so beautiful...
snowing is beautiful too, but after that it is dirty everywhere...
and raining has Sounds...like singing sometimes~
