I'm in complete disagreement with everyone else. Its an obvious answer. You bury the survivors in the hundreds of cubic feet of paperwork regarding health and safety, next of kin, citations for pollution caused by the plane exploding in midair, etc as EU regulations clearly state somewhere in the rainforest of legislation they pump out at random each year.
