The answer is definitely yes.
As shown in the game Kingdom Hearts and later in the sequel Kingdom Hearts 2, they were addressed as "King Mickey and Queen Minnie".
What King and Queen aren't married? Case closed.

Yep, i replaced into Minnie's matron of honour. He ultimately made an uncomplicated lady of her. The sensible little minx even have been given a pre nup!!!!!!! They went directly to have various toddler mousettes, and all lived fortuitously ever after, xxx
