If she is keeping eye contact with you that means she likes what she sees. Don't rush right over, but casually make your way to where she is at and say, "I noticed you from across the room, You have beautiful eyes" ( or dress, or hair, or whatever caught your eye in the first place) My name is......What is yours. Are you from around here? What do you do for a living. Just start talking...let nature take its course. You don't want to act hard up or anything, just play it cool...but not cold.

The next step champ, is walking calmly over but dont quite talk to her just yet go get something to drink, eat whatever. Then come up to her and ask her if shes having a good time. Or scratch that, just go straight up to her and ask. Confidence my friend! If you look behind you and no other guy is behind you you can do that and then make eye contact and point to yourself, this is kind of funny and if shes not stuck up shell laugh, this is your cue to move in and ask how shes enjoying the party. I can "feel" when peeps are looking at me, drives me nuts.
Smile at her If she smiles back go talk to her.
What I hate is when people think to loud lol!

Also, a sure sign she's interested in you and wants you to come talk to her is she will touch her hair, or twirl it, or play with her earring or necklace, or she will tilt her head to the right. (I don't know if the head tilting works with women that are left-handed, but it does with right-handed women)
