K&N is a good move. The Tornado.... well it's no nothing but hot air. Don't waste your money on it. Tip: Remove your air silencer box from the air intake cleaner box and with the K&N it will sound nice.

Sadly, I will agree with the post before mine, in that the Tornado is not worth your money. The K&N is a nice system, with a great rep. If you want to get the most bang for your buck, Either build a FWI, or go with a cheaper brand. K&N offers nothing more than any other company does. You pay for the name on the tube Intake tubing and a couple of window stickers. lol

I wouldnt waste your time with the tornado.....use the K&N or similar possible check out the identical intake from B and B custom motorsports thats what i run on my 03 expedition

i used to think you couldnt, since the tornado is attached at the end of the intake arm, but one of my friends set it up at the front, where the filter meets the intake arm. dont know if its been making a difference as far as mpg or hp, but he has both. maybe you should just get a throttle spacer with grooves to make the air spin.

use the k&n save your money on the tornado. put it with the filter and get the cold air kit from k&n
