Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.

Use some baking soda and brush your teeth either before or after normal brushing with toothpaste.
Besides being one of the best natural detergents, baking soda is also a good abrasive that will not damage the enamel on your teeth.

i found an excellent way. first get it done once properly by our dentist, which is expensive, but the important thing is you get plastic thing that is shaped like your teeth. once you have that you can go to boots and get the medium cheap rapid-white tooth whitening system sets, the ones with the reactive gel, which usually are rubbish because the gumshield is a stupid shape, but you can use them with the one you got from your dentist any time you fancy and it works much better.

Try Crest White Strips. I tried these and I saw results in 7 days. They are thin strips u place on your teeth for 30 min. They run about $30 but it is totally worth it.
