Unbelievers are those that say:
"God is the Messiah, the son of Mary." For the Messiah himself said:
"Children of Israel, serve God, my Lord and your Lord."
He that worships other gods besides God, God will deny him Paradise,
and the fire shall be his home. None shall help the evil-doers.

The first verse refers to the Christians who followed Jesus before Prophet Muhammad. (ie they believed he was a Prophet, and worshiped God alone, no trinity).
The Jews are those who followed their Prophets and worshiped Allah. Eg. those that followed Prophet Moses when he was the latest Messenger sent.

The second verse refers to those who hear of Prophet Muhammad and reject him, for them their abode is the Hell fire, where they will dwell forever.
