I have been with my bf for almost a year now. i recently got drunker than ive ever been and was told i said i wanted to sleep with his brother and brother in law. i do not remember anything and it is not like me to say something like that. he broke up with me because he says he can't trust me. i have been through so much with him, including a custody battle. how can i show this guy that whatever was said isn't me and isn't something i would ever do to him? i really love this guy alot. its been a week since it happened and about 3 days since we've talked. i called once and got voice mail. should i just give him more time? should i call him? and what can i say?

bad news - you've lost him. He is a smart man. Honey we make mistakes, this was your big one - look at Kramer, everyone loved him and what he did the other night, I think no matter how many times he says, he's not a racist, he still will be seen as the person who acted like a racist.
