let the car warm up this helps a lot.Had 11 inches of snow and ice this past week let the car warm while I scraped the ice and snow from the windows

Turn on the defroster with the heat up high and use a scraper works easily or if you wanna be like my neighbor the druggie go to the store buy alot of the ice melt windshield washer fluid and pour it on the windows instead of putting it in the washer tank

Urine is best for this type of stiuation. The main constituents of urine are water, salts and urea. these three things are powerfull against ice. Urea in piticular is made up of an organic compound of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen. It can even prevent ice from staying on your car over night, so when you wake up it will be gone.

Use the ice scraper. If your lazy, use cold tap water. I have done so many times whenever I have ice on the rear glass.

honestly get a large piece of cardboard or maybe an old blanket and thow it over the windsheild before you go to bed..if your like me i dont have time to warm up my vehicle so thats what i do :)

maybe tap water...put it in a bucket and pour it over the car..i've watched my mom do that a lot of times.
