If you didn't have sex then how could you be pregnant? Must be time of the month. Honey it is normal part of your monthly cycle. You cramp, crave certain foods and become irritable. It is nothing to worry about. Take some Advil or Pamprin, Midol and it will help you ok. Hope you get to feeling better. I know because happens to me all the time and all women to.

You didn't give your age, but rest assured you are fine. Hormone fluctuations will plage you most of your adult life.

If you didn't have intercourse your NOT pregnant!!! But you can be on your menstrual cycle and your getting cramps and stuff guy term PMS!!!!
