"Like Calvin and Luther"....well these were not dissenters they were protesters. The protested about certain aspects of the the then only Christian faith -Catholicism. There were still Christ followers of a sort. So the answer to your simile is really the Muslim similarity to the catholic - protestant debate would be simply the Shi'ite - Sunny debate.
A Christian dissenter would be someone who opposed Christianity. In the same way a Muslim dissenter would be some-one like Salman Rushty or Saddam Hussein.

I'm guessing Islamic dissenters don't live very long so I think you would have a tough time finding three.

I only know of one:
that one guy in afganistan, that was converted to christianity and his family disowned him, authorities deemed him insane and were about to execute him when the world community stepped in putting pressure in afganistan, I think Italy gave him asylum.
keep in mind the penalty for apostacy is death.
