common skin problem?

I realized the other day that boils or acne around my anus have been recurring for a few years, especially at my hip joints. i've also had whiteheads everywhere on my scrotum (nutsack) since puberty so about 12-13 years. is this normal? i've had the doctor's remove a cyst once from my scrotum and they didnt say anything so im assuming it's fine?
