Well atleast twice a day would be best. One at morning and one at night. Well, it depends how much you want to drink. I'd say 10 ounces if thats you're choice.

8 oz a day should be sufficient. If you have lactose problems, you can go to the health food stores and buy raw milk. Raw milk will bring the good bacteria back into the intestinal tract.
