is there a way I can go to my printer history or whatever and see what documents I printed or retrieve it? If there is please give me clear, simple instructions...as you can tell I am not good at this...Thanks

If the document is on your hard drive, click Start, cl Search, cl Files or Folders, then type either a word that was in the filename or a unique word that was in the document.
A list of files will display. Hopefully, the one you are looking for is in the list. If you click on it, it will open.
