Don't drink it forcibly thinking it is good. If, however, you feel thirsty, drink as much as it is acceptable by the system. But if you are either excessively or not thirsty at all, it becomes a matter of concern. This itself is not a disease but a symptom of some disease which must be cured by an Indicated remedy to take care of your other concomitant symptoms as well. This may or may not even concern your kidney. Contact a Homoepath for the Indicated remedy.

There shouldnt be any ill effect at all. One myth or problem is convincing people to drink adeqate amounts of water when its cold because they dont "feel hot" or they aren't perspiring so they don't think they need to drink as much water.
I can't imagine and I have never heard of any ill side effects of drinking too much water. Just make sure you continue to eat healthy or appropriatly.

assuming you are perfectly healthy, the only side effect is lots of urination.
if you are not healthy, consult your doctor before doing this. you could overload your heart, fill your lungs up with fluid, and some way worse stuff. plus you could get your electrolytes all out of wack (if you drank WAY more) and then have an arrhythmia or worse.
