This adult said that women like men with money, men want money to get women??

Is that true that women are thought of as wanting things.
they choose men who can give them things. Men want things to gain respect and get any women they want because they have money? They want a women because she is beautiful?
Women want a man because he is rich? The teacher said, I am afraid that is true. Is it?

Personally, I don't care about money. Yes, it's true (to all the men reading this response) I DON"T CARE ABOUT MONEY!! All it does is bring trouble. As long as a man is able to take care of himself and his family while his wife is out of work briefly after having their children, that's all I need. And I will do the same if he is ever out of work for any reason. Anything extra is ok, but not necessary. Most important to me is how he treats me. Yes money is needed to get things, but if you're thoughtful and caring, a little money goes a long way.

First the generalization that this is true for all women and men is not likely because of the many different needs one can acquire throughout life.
Some women like men with money, some don't care.
Some men like beautiful women, some don't see it that way.
Men are known for wanting things and gain respect. Don't women want things and want respect too?

Tell the teacher I said his overgeneralizing of the truth needs better grounds for argument, a better conclusion and that I think the teacher is doing you no service by making comments like that.

I once had a friend who, by the way, was very attractive. She denied that she was interested in men because of their financial status. After years of knowing her, I asked her to explain why every single man she had dated over the last several years was well off? It was something like more than 20 guys.. But sometimes just regular people fall in love knowing the woman is attractive but not beautiful and the woman falls in love knowing the man will never be rich.
