You can get her a small piece of jewelry, like a hand band or something. Or you can get her a nice watch. Or a teddy bear. A book. A nice sweater, or top.

it really depends how old your gf is. if she's around the same age as you i would recommend what i would want. any stuffed animal, a gift card to her favorite store, or if ur both into sports get tickets to a game. or if u wanna be really sweet take her our to do something.
