i need a good site where i can download a free sound card! I can't listen to anything on my computer because i don't have one...where can i go?

someone told me i could download one...okay a driver then...how do i get one?

You can't download a sound card. What's the world coming to! I wish everything could be downloaded too! I want a new car, I'll just download it. Goto seriously

Most computers should have some sort of sound built in. Your computer may have a sound chip on its motherboard so you could download drivers for that sound chip. Alternatively you may need to buy a sound card. Since creative killed off the competition, they're the main choice for that type of thing.

Maybe your talking about it's driver software. It's probably not up to date, or it's corrupt. To get a driver, try Google, search free sound card drivers for

Ok are you sure you dont' have one in your computer or laptop? You can download programs to play music such as windows media player. Go to start and then control panel an then to system click on second tab and click on device manager and it will tell you there if you have a sound card. Write me if you need further help.

Can't be done. You can download drivers for your system sound. You should talk to someone knowledgeable about your computer. It's obvious you don't have a clue what your talking about.

A sound card is hardware. You can't download hardware. That would be like downloading a hard drive or downloading a processor. You can download software...?
